Compliance management software that never stops watching

Complianceofficer is an AI compliance officer for regulated teams. It tracks every rule that applies to you, flags the moment one changes, and keeps you audit ready, automatically.

§ 02 The problem on record

The rules keep moving. Your register is checked once a year.

A regulated business answers to GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, AML rules, SOX and PCI DSS at the same time, and the regulators behind them publish changes all year. Today that gap is covered by one overworked compliance owner, a $30k consultant, or a legacy GRC suite that needs its own team. The regulatory change management itself, reading what changed and deciding what to do, still happens by hand.

  • § 01 The rulebook changes continuously
  • § 02 Your last full check once a year, at audit time
  • § 03 GDPR fines run up to 4% of global turnover
  • § 04 With an officer on duty watched, checked, logged
§ 03 What you get

One register, three promises

§ 03.1

Know every rule that applies

Tell it your industry, frameworks and regions once. It builds your register: every obligation, mapped to your policies and controls, each line watched.

§ 03.2

Hear the second one changes

It reads regulators, supervisory guidance and framework updates continuously, then tells you in plain language what changed, whether it touches you, and what to update.

§ 03.3

Walk into any audit ready

Every check, alert and policy update is logged as it happens, so the evidence for SOC 2 or a regulator exam is already filed the day they ask.

§ 04 Standing procedure

Continuous compliance monitoring, on the record

How it works in detail →
  1. § 04.1

    Watch the regulations

Official journals, regulator sites, supervisory guidance and framework bodies for every regime on your register.

  2. § 04.2

    Detect the change

A new rule, an amendment, a deadline, an enforcement signal: summarized in plain language the day it lands.

  3. § 04.3

    Check your policies and controls

The change is mapped against your register; gaps are flagged and the policy update is drafted for your review.

  4. § 04.4

Alert you and file the trail

Who was told, what was decided, what changed: stamped into an audit-ready log you never assemble again.

§ 05 Run your numbers

What does watching the rules by hand cost you?

Most teams pay for manual watching three times: the hours a compliance owner spends reading, the consultant or auditor who re-checks it, and the scramble when something was missed. Put your own numbers in; the estimate is yours, not ours.

A rough planning estimate with your inputs, not a quote or a savings promise.

Large enterprise, custom regulatory regimes

Planned tiers for launch; requesting access locks nothing in and charges nothing. Incumbent security-compliance platforms are typically quoted in the thousands to tens of thousands per year; legacy GRC suites run six figures with implementation.

§ 07 For the record of the board

If you own the risk: CCO, CISO, General Counsel

The board does not ask whether the checklist was green. It asks whether you knew about the rule change, when you knew, and what you did. Complianceofficer is planned as the system of record for exactly those three answers: fine avoidance you can evidence, audits that close faster, and a trail that holds up.

§ 08 Questions on record

Asked before signing up

Is Complianceofficer live yet?

It is in early access. The compliance scan on this page works today; the continuous monitoring product is being finished. Signing up reserves a spot and we email you when yours opens.

Is the demo giving me legal advice?

No. The scan returns general regulatory information from a curated rulebook map plus grounded public sources. It is a starting point for your own review, and decisions that matter belong with qualified counsel.

Do you store what I type into the demo?

No. Your industry, framework and region selections are used to build the result and are never written to a database or a log. Results render in your browser and are gone when you leave.

How is this different from Vanta or Drata?

Those products monitor your controls to keep you audit ready for a set of security frameworks, and they are good at it. Complianceofficer starts one level up: it watches the regulations themselves, across security, privacy and financial-crime regimes, and works down from the change to your policies.

What does it cost?

Planned early-access pricing is on the pricing page: Starter $149, Growth $499, Scale $1,499 per month, Enterprise by agreement. Nothing is charged today; early users lock early-access terms.

What happens after I sign up?
